There is the mediation sound. Repeated in the mind, easy and effortlessly. There are the the thoughts - impressions, images, body sensations, emotions, etc. They come and go, spontaneously. That’s it.
Not struggle to empty the mind. Not mobilsing to observe what's going on in the mind. No app to follow. Just repeat the sound. Let thoughts flow freely. Relax, and let meditation work through mental and physical residues.
Practiced seated normally in a chair, eyes closed. A reset, a reload, and a development opportunity.
